Just wait until you hear that in the general election, those people will literally knock on people's doors to get them to vote for their preferred candidate.
When those people knock on doors, they aren't deliberately misleading the person who answers about where their loyalties lie. But like I said, there's certainly an argument that it's just good strategy, even though it is a bit dishonest.
