Lore was disassembled by Data, no mention is ever made about what happens to his body. As for the Romulans not knowing about the virus, Zhat Vash is in Starfleet security/section 31 when did they infiltrate? Who is to say there wasn't a bug planted on the Enterprise but wasn't exposed to other Romulans or the rest of Starfleet? Or perhaps Maddox took a look at Data's memories at one point and let it out to someone he didn't know was a Zhat Vash agent? Or perhaps Hugh himself pieced it together and worked with the Romulans early on after Descent? We'll find out soon enough.

We still don't know how Zhat Vash even knew about the Asha twins being synths and how they can activate to become super assassins

That's an interesting point that Hugh who was the infected Drone or patient zero is now working with the Romulans, he'd probably have a record of the virus in his Borg parts.
