Gio knocks it down a couple feet outside the blue. Might as well have missed it as he retreats back into our zone and waits for Gaudreau to get up and come all the way back for our patented PP entry.

Entry sorta works, but we turn it over again promptly.

Tkachuk makes an idiotic decision to dive at the puck carrier instead of skating back to the strong side of the puck. Sharks get short handed 3 on 1.

Biggest bust in the league Karlsson makes boneheaded decision as trigger man to pass backdoor, creates 3 on 1 the other way.

Lack of urgency turns it into a 3 on 2 for us, before lindholm and Gaudreau make a nice passing play for the goal.

So even before we went up 1-0, we could/should have been down.

No brains. No passion. No good. My first game in the Saddledome in years and I’m certainly not inspired to go back.
