Best sears I’ve ever had for one of the worst games I’ve ever watched.
Spent a lot of time watching Gaudreau (from Center ice not too far from the bench) and he was always hunched over on the bench, never talking to his line mates, all alone on the ice. Seemed like he was frustrated when his teammates passed him up on the ice, often for more difficult pass options. Honestly he just looked defeated.
Also saw Joe Thornton shove him in the boards, right in front of the bench with the ref standing right there with the pick nowhere near either player. Gaudreau went to get up and Joe gave him another shove back to the ice. Made me feel for how difficult the game must be for him these days with the lack of calls and size disadvantage.
