I’m a pretty big believer, especially these days when most teams play a very similar style, that good teams breed good coaches, and not the other way around. My point wasn’t that the Flames don’t need a good coach, my point was that I don’t think hiring a good coach is going to change anything unless significant changes to the on-ice personnel comes along with it.
