Most DEFINITELY should get a top level coach. Treliving can't keep going after unknown commodities. His job is on the line with the team results whether he gets a coach that goes over his head or not. It's easy to keep your job if you get successful results.
But he needs to be better at building a roster as well. It's more so the core is broken, rather than the coach being the primary issues. But a great coach could mask a lot of those issues by drawing blood out of stone for a prolonged period of time.
