Of course I hate to see the Flames get blown out. That said, I would take winning 3/4 games against Edmonton every year.
The Flames are 6-3-1 in their last ten, (7-3-1 in January) and they are still in the thick of a playoff run, with most of their more difficult match ups behind them.

You can't win them all so losing I can accept. However I have an issue with this team taking so many nights off this season. Their last three regulation losses to Montreal, Ottawa, and Edmonton (all very beatable teams) were basically over after the opening puck drop as the team wasn't prepared to do what it was going to take to win those games. Way too many shutouts where they have gone down quietly and blowout losses. That -17 goal differential didn't happen by accident as when they lose they lose bad most nights which IMO shows a lack of professionalism.
