I think the Sabres would be far more likely to overpay for Gaudreau than they would be to trading Eichel. Eichel May demand they make a huge move and bringing in a winger that can help Eichel win the art ross is exactly the type of move they are looking for.

At the draft:

Gaudreau+Janko RFA rights, CGY 1st (17th OA today)
For
Reinhart RFA rights, Cozens, Buff 1st (8th OA today)

Flames get a blue chip right shot center prospect, a 24 year old right shot winger (sign to a 6 year Treliving special) and they are able to trade up 9 spots in the draft.
