I think when the majority of fans and more importantly analysts think it was knee incident it’s probably true. Even if we want to tell ourselves it was clean and a hip check, if it was the other way around we wouldn’t be so forgiving. He does have a suspension for a similar hit so it’s not out of the realm of possibility. He’s a competitor and I’m sure it’s not malicious though.

There was a game played with an incident involving a couple players from last nights tilt approximately 10 days prior where the on ice officials as well as department of player safety said “there’s nothing here.” Yet a particular fan base along with their media felt otherwise in spite of the review.
