I mean a lot of those accomplishments are a result of longevity and freakishly good injury luck rather than excellent performance.
The reason Eli doesn't get in for me is that there was no point during his career where he would have been on the discussion for the best at his position. Hell, he wasn't even the best QB in his own division at any point.
