Its really to me not all that watchable the second time around. While there were scenes that I really liked, like the very end. There were so many elements that a second time around made me groan.

This nails it. These films won’t age well at all unfortunately and no doubt Disney realizes that and that’s why they are pausing future movies. They can’t risk eroding the value of the franchise with everything they are investing.
