JoJo Rabbit was IMO pretty good, but not great. It felt somewhat confused about what kind of a movie it wanted to be, exactly. What's the general tone we're going for? Is this supposed to be a satire world, or a real world shown as JoJo sees it? What exactly are the targets of the satire? What are we saying?
Good acting performances throughout, Sam Rockwell especially knocked it out of the park (as usual).
Worth seeing, funny and interesting enough, but I felt it could have been a lot lot better.
