The players involved, the ones who benefitted should be paying massive fines IMO. Void their current contracts, take away their pay for the years they cheated? Something like that.
Personally I think teams stealing signs by using technology does not mean it is a corrupt league. We are talking about stealing signs.
Too bad teams didn’t use it against them. Make the catchers signals meaningless. Use audio signal from the dugout to signal pitches. Or a pitcher signal. Not saying that’s the answer to cheating, but sending a heater when the batter thinks it’s a change would be a good outcome for the cheater.

I mean exactly what I said. Ban every single player involved for life. Take away their pay, contract, records, championship, everything.
Fines? Would you pay a fine to get an advantage over teams and win it all? Most would.
