Without digging very deep, the easiest way to get these would be to buy 4 (or 3 if you take mine) of the following as it's the cheapest VIVO stand that has that c-clamp (but it's still $33 per clamp).

Other option is contact VIVO and see if they'd sell you 4 of those clamps directly?

EDIT: Sorry, never mind. I found the measurements on Vivo web-site. $25USD x 4 + shipping. You've got to appreciate the insanity. The whole monitor stand including the clamp is selling for $33CDN on Amazon. Just the clamp is selling for $25 USD, which is $34CD. F... it. I just ordered 4 black straps on Amazon for $12. Let's see if that does the trick, first.
