Love how the staples article tries to feign objectivity by citing ‘TSN analyst’ Jason Strudwick (born in Edmonton, played for them, probably lives there and has an Oiler license plate) as well as upshall- born in Fort Mac, likely another oilers homer. I am sure if our media lined up a bunch of biased ex players with flames affiliation or ‘insiders’ they would be in tkachuk’s corner. Everyone can have their opinion- and many people don’t like chucky- just don’t try and sell it like you are anything but a butt hurt Edmonton fanboy staples.
