The result of the game shouldn't matter. Play better than the other team and you'll win more than they lose. Coaching should be focused on the effort and execution and not the result.
Every win is people creaming their pants and every loss is everyone wanting to trade and fire all the staff. God forbid Austin brings some levelheadedness to a thread.

The ridicule for the constructive criticism is odd. Yes, the team won (a win is a win), but it's okay to say that the team still have work to improve on. The team won only scoring two goals, making the margin for error very low.
It's great that the team won again, and it's even better that it's now a 4 game winning streak, but acknowledging the team still needs to do better is okay. This is back-to-back 2-1 wins. Normally, scoring only 2 goals means you're the losing team. Team really needs to address it's 3rd worst in the league even strength scoring problem.
