Love the video and as formerly working in the industry for the largest firm for almost 20 years I can say a lot of what was in the video is truth.
The mattress world is a lot about promotion and smoke and mirrors as he hints a but thats where you as a consumer have to split BS from reality.
There is a difference in foams as far as quality, reaction to weights, support, comfort etc. Too bad anyone buying one of these does not spend some time in a foam factory and see how its made and get the skinny about foam.
As I have mentioned before on this forum buy comfort first and then think quality and features that you require not just what they want to sell you. Returns are no problem on most but just like warranty you are paying for it and they factor that into the cost of the product. The higher their return rate or warranty issues the more the cost.
I think its going to be interesting to see if this all foam craze keeps going or is just temp. Myself I was never a big fan of all foam but I guess the new generations love them but long term will tell. Foam is usually the first thing to wear out in a mattress so I am not sure how this is going to be in the long haul.
