As I said earlier. The nfl doesn’t want to change their “runner” rules. At least not yet.

Well that's their opinion. I realize Clowney isn't a dirty player but that's the kind of helmet to helmet hit they are trying to take out of the game because the outcome typically is a head injury as it was yesterday.
