I've used Stubhub to purchase Flames tickets and I sell my MLB Spring Training tickets through the site...it is a very good and trusted site- true that you will probably pay a lot (more than a normal ticket), but you will pretty much find decent seats for almost all significant events (sports, concerts, etc).
It's also part of their policy that you will not get ripped off- if someone sends you fake tickets or tickets with the wrong seats, Stubhub.com won't steal your money and run outta town.
