The thing with Takchuk is, he may love it here now, but that doesn't mean he will when his contract is up. Teammates move on, the team's fortunes could worsen, anything could happen.
That doesn't mean trade him now, but it does mean that believing he is happy now doesn't automatically translate to he will be in the future.
