So I’m going for viewing number 2 tonight. There was just SO much to take in with it, I need one or two more viewings in theatre. Initially I was put off by the Emperor coming back so quickly without much explanation (I’m guessing comics and books are gonna full in the detail) but after digesting the movie for a few days I have to say I loved everything with the exception of the kiss.
However the ending made me want more of Rey’s story, much like I wanted to see Luke rebuild the Jedi order, now I want to see Rey rebuild the order, I want to know why she has a yellow sabre (Jedi guardian colour). I wonder if in a year or two we see a Rey Skywalker series. Give it to Filoni and let him have and elderly Asoka and Ezra come back and help!
