The Flames would do well to internalize the related lesson they taught Dallas tonight. The Stars PK couldn't even follow the puck's movement, the Flames slung it around so quickly. I get so frustrated when the Flames' PP reverts to "draggy and holdy" rather than "passy and movey". Those one-touch passes are unbelievably effective: the puck has already gone before the defender has even had time to turn around. Excellent, excellent stuff.

This PP has MORE than enough talent to be at least as good as the (c)Oilers', if not better. Let's hope what we saw tonight is a sign of much more to come.
The PP was crazy. It's usually the worst ones with how lethargic it moves, and so easy to defend as a result because the PK isn't scrambling and moving out of position; thus sealing all lanes. To go from that, to EA NHL CPU All-Star/Superstar difficulty passing gave me whiplash. Complete polar opposites, and one of the best passing on the PP that I've seen in a very long time from any team.

Hopefully they can maintain that level of pace. If so, the PP will improve tremendously, and will contribute to a lot more wins for the Flames.
