On the bright side, the Flames looked pretty good for the most part. But man, you have to win that one. A good team finds a way to win that game.

It's evident to me that the Habs have the most shots per game in the league because they just fire it from the point. Most of these were harmless. As they rely on a perimeter style game rarely driving the net.

Rittich just cant let in some of those softies, and those first 2 were soft as they come. He made some great saves, but I thought all his goals were bad.

Lucic hauled down, no call, lots of hooking done by the Habs and no calls, that's frustrating. But only losers whine about that stuff so nothing to be done there. Keep your feet moving and play the damn game like its your last.

The Flames had these last two games and let it slip away, that's 3 points gone that could really hurt down the road.

This group still seems soft to me. Mentally that is. We have skill, we have speed, some grit, but something is missing.

All this being said, the Flames have missed some glorious opportunities these last 2 games that a typical NHL player would easily bury. Will those situations turn into goals or will it be more of the same? History tells me that this team just doesn't quite have it.
