So this is just speculation. We saw the ratty undisciplined Storm Troopers in the town and we heard the speech about the Empire bringing piece and order and prosperity and trade etc. then we see the call from Moff Gideon.

The next thing we see is the Death Troopers and Storm Troopers in shiny armor and Gideon is that perfect armor.

I wonder if Moff Gideon is actually first order and not Empire.

So what I loved about that episode

So what I loved about that episode Spoiler! Gina is awesome in every fight scene she does. She just makes it look brutal and real. Baby Yoda using force choke, right down to the angry expression on his/her face when it was being done. Again Baby Yoda flying the ship and laughing Giggling IG-11's training montage where it learned how to walk and stack boxes and killed lizards. More on him later. That fight scene against the flying beasts was great and shot well. Baby Yoda finally heals someone and of course that changes the obvious betrayal Herzog is so good at being sinister and that speech about the glory of the Empire was really well delivered. But before the Mandalorian could kill them we're introduced to what I believe is the big bad Moff Gideon The chase to the ship but Kuiil with the scout troopers chasing him was so awesome because we got to the point where we saw the ramp drop, then the next scene we see Kuil's body and we also saw the troopers capture Baby Yoda. Meanwhile in the bar we see the Ambush of Ambush. These troopers were different from the Remnant Troopers that we've seen so far. We saw the awesome Death Troopers, and Troopers in pristine armor coming in the Armored Tran port that so many of us owned as a kid. Then we saw a Tie Fighter land, and it looked awesome, and we saw Gideon. By tthe way, I don't think that was an ordinary Tie, it reminded me of the Tie Advanced that the Inquisitors cruised around in Rebels At that point we hit the cliff hanger ending. So I have the 1 question, when Kuiil was racing towards the Razors Crest, where was IG-11 he's the missing figure here and heading into the final episode is he how our hero's escaped.
