Was trying to think of a good corollary - I'm sure there's something better, but C2G was like Red Box (well designed system that made efficient and convenient use of an old approach...but still required literal leg-work on the part of the customer), but then Uber and Lyft out 'Netflix'ed them within a year or two (more mindlessly convenient for the consumer, exploits infrastructure that they don't own and is sold to them at well below that price it probably 'should' be).
