Gauging a troll attempt simply on replies alone is akin to judging an NHL player on +/-. People are always gonna do things like post to mock the ridiculousness, respond to other posters, or generally have a laugh.
A well done troll attempt will engage actual responses. See DESS and we should ban all dogs or the olden times conspiracy theory threads. The transparency of this attempt was amateur hour.
