Ok, well....this season only has one ep left, at least. And it looks like it'll be a Final Four.
Dean was actually kinda impressive this ep, as was Elaine.

If I might venture a guess here, what I think happened is that since Missy and Elizabeth didn't confirm or complain about anything, and Kellee didn't want to move forward with anything, that's why Dan got his warning and not ejected.
Since there was an incident that happened after his warning, I feel it's a safe assumption that he was ejected as he clearly didn't learn his lesson.
Also, most employers have some duty to their employees not to put them into negative situations, and to act to correct the situation to the best of their ability. A player isn't likely to be considered an employee of CBS, but a crew member sure would be.
