I say it's different because of intent. I don't say it's not relevant at all, but the relation is pretty tenuous IMO. I also have not seen anyone here say it wasn't a big deal.
The message for Trudeau was "I'm dressed as a black guy - funny eh?" IMO, terrible.
The message by this idiot: "I'm dressed as YOU, Aliu and what's important to know about about you is that you're black - laugh with me". IMO, worse.
