I work in a post office and I'll constatly answer the phone "Hello Sarcee Postal Outet" and get the Repsonse of "could you put me through to the post office" or same opening and response of "I have a package there and i wonder if you've got it" or same opening and response of "Are you open today?" , the post office is actually in a 7-11 so I'll work on the store side sometimes and every year around christmas I'll get asked "what days are you closed?" my answer "we don't close ever not at all 24/7" response" really?" my response after the customer leaves "Moron of course I'm going to lie we close all the time" or on the odd occasion we do have to close generally on the night shift due to lack of staff we'll put up a sign "Sorry Due to Lack of staff we are closed until 5am" and next day guranteed we'll get some bright person come in an say "Last night I cam to buy smokes and you were closed, did you get robbed?" response "Nope we had a sign up, did you not see it?"
