Maybe next time Trubisky has a bad half you wont be quite as quick to jump down his throat, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

It's also a bit funny to see how much you #### on MT considering he drug you into the playoffs last year, was a bad kicker away from beating you, and then put you in position to make it again this year.
Okay, but was has Trubisky done to deserve the benefit of the doubt? Wentz at least has an MVP-level season under his belt, and also shown he can put the team on his back and win games. The simple fact is that the Eagles are a worse team if you remove Wentz with a replacement-level QB (Nick Foles notwithstanding). I don't think you could say the same thing about Trubisky.

And when I trash Trubisky, it's mostly actually me trashing the Bears FO. Everyone and their dog knew there were a tonne of questions about Trubisky and there was nothing on tape or in his college stats that indicated he would be a franchise QB, and yet the Bears gave up a bunch of picks to go get him and missed on Watson and Mahomes in the process.

Go back to the Seahawks, Cowboys, and Patriots games a few weeks ago and I was trashing Wentz just as much as anyone. I questioned the decision to hand him a big contract extension before the year and I felt like the Eagles were being massively overrated in the preseason, so I'm not really seeing the hypocrisy here.
