Rittich has played a lot of games, but a 91.4% is maybe just a tad above the league average for a starter. To put it into perspective, Darcy Kuemper has a 93.7% in just 4 fewer games. Rittich's 91.4% is 22nd in the league for goalies who have played 10+ games.
Talbot hasn't won games yet, but I don't think he has been bad.
He should probably get a few more chances in the coming games. Especially if it's against teams that Rittich hasn't been able to win against.

One thing Rittich's save percentage doesn't show is that the team has hung him out to dry a lot this season. If another goaltender has faced more breakaways and odd man rushes I would be very surprised. I haven't seen a Flames team play this poorly defensively since the Hartley days.
