Brad always talks about process. Well the institutions have to have real processes in place to make sure that those that come out aren't swept under the rug. Until that changes the nhl is in a world of hurt.
A good example is the US gymnastics team. The guy eventually got a 400 year sentence. But it took 20 years of him being active with the institutions protecting him, carte blanche.

That documentary on HBO about the USA gymnastics is horrifying. So many people involved but covered up/ignored because money and gold medals.
