Ward in the interim. I would also bring Conroy down behind the bench for the rest of the season. Conroy Being around the team on a day to day basis would help the management team find out what issues the core has.
In the summer I would look at Rikard Gronberg, Lane Lambert, Mike Vellucci or Nate Leaman.
