The flames have strived to create a solid image for themselves lately and my hope / belief is that it's heartfelt. The way the organization worked with Ferland and addiction.. adding mcgrattan into the fold in consulting.
I kind of wonder what mcgrattan thinks of this because his role seemed to be pretty forward thinking (for hockey anyway lol). Pretty hard for a system like that to work if everyone isn't on board
