Coaches can ruin a player's career if you look at them the wrong way. It's no secret why players would rather not speak on such issues and why you only heard about any of these allegations from former players who have nothing to lose. Marner barely wanted to admit the list situation happened, and that was much smaller in nature versus the Peters one. Akim is right, playing the race card (even if legit) when you are 20 years old without a name to yourself was a sure way to get black listed.
