1. Peters used a racist word describing the music he didn't want playing in the locker room, while the player was present. Peters then repeated it to the player after calling him into his office.

That's still just Aliu's take, not proof. What else was going on over that time period? Was Aliu a perfect player, teammate and person? Was his career going the exact same way from outside perspective regardless of the locker room music racist comment incident? We don't know.
All of the other factors that go into Aliu's challenges aren't all on Peters. His inability to speak up about the incident at the time is about the culture in these leagues and that's not fully on Peters either.
