I don't care who is brought in, but more about the process of who is brought in. I'd say multiple people should be interviewed, and it shouldn't be all about hockey, but how they motivate players and get the best out of them without being ######s. Treliving and company have to do their homework on each candidate, as this now sets a different standard going forward for pro sports. It's out in the open of this happening now, and there's no excuse going forward for teams to say, "I didn't know the guy was like this". Don't only focus on the results, and the end justifying the means, know what the coaches character is like. I'm personally really passionate about how one persons actions affect a group, and that group dynamic, and when you hear how sports plays out, it's sociopathic in nature and anyone hired going forward shouldn't be starting today for any organization. Call it corporate social responsibility.
