Last time I checked, Christians were not barred from working in or playing in the NHL.

I've never done any of that stuff. Neither has any other Christian I know. We would be violating the very name that we take on if we did.

If you don't have the same faith or beliefs that we do, or if you think we believe in a "made up ghost boi" or whatever... Up to you, that's not the point at all.

If they're saying they want to get rid of language that is disrespectful and demeaning to groups of people, to the point of firings, well, is it respectful towards people who take on the name of Christ to use the name of Christ as a cuss word? Is it honoring, or is it demeaning? I haven't called on anyone to lose their job over it.

Should the NHL be okay with the use of terms disrespectful to believers in Judaism? Should the NHL have any problem with a coach who threw around terms like "ragheads" or "Mussies" in the locker room?

No, I'm sure not applauding Peters if he said that term once ten years ago, but whatever we choose, let's be consistent.
