I suffer from excema and dry skin. I rarely get bad excema episodes anymore as I have cortisone cream that I use immediately when I feel an episode is coming. I also have a problem with scents so most lotions are taboo for me. That is changing but even small scents really bother me.
If it is for what I would call minor things that are most usually the norm, like dry chapped hands, feet etc, inside of your nose is dry, honestly, good old fashioned Vaseline works wonders.
For hands, put some on before you go to bed, and then wear cotton gloves that you can get at the Coop Medical centers around town. Same for your feet and put on cotton socks.
Just rub a bit in your nose before you go to bed, same for your lips.
Of course your spouse won't see you in the most romantic way so either use the treatment on select nights only or after the romantic interlude.
