When do coaches in the A "write a letter" to the management of the club in regards to a player? Were there no phones way back in 2009?

Honestly, Bowman and Peters would have been in contact daily regarding all players and everything else going on with the Rockford team. Peters very well may have wanted Aliu off his team, but that could be for a variety of reasons. It certainly doesn't have to mean it was race based, though it also could be.

Lot's more information needs to be added to this thing before anyone makes a judgement on any actions to be taken. The one thing that has to happen soon though is Peters himself needs to speak and either deny things, add the context in which things were said or flat out admit he did what was alleged.

The complete silence is allowing this thing to get out of control. Though it is only early morning in Pennsylvania (or where ever they are at this point) the club has had enough time to make that happen.
Probably an email, but writing a letter usually implies that this was a priority 1 issue for Peters to formalize his request - even if he is talking day-to-day. That's what stood out to me... there'll be a letter

The silence TBH is acceptable rn, I'd imagine this came as a pretty big blindside after the game. He probably didn't know anything about it until he finished talking to the team and Tre made it clear they weren't going to speak until they've looked into it. They have Akim's number, so I'd guess we'll see a comment from Akim or Bill today

Two different actions, and each deplorable. I wouldn't blend them together as racism, just because that could identify the incident as one act instead of a calculated second act.

If true.
Sorry, didn't see this until I posted above. I took that mess of this post a different way

Dropped the N bomb several times towards me in the dressing room in my rookie year because he didn’t like my choice of music. First one to admit I rebelled against him. Wouldn’t you?
- Where is rebelling, but Peter's is dropping N-bombs 'several times' towards him in the dressing room? As in, this is an ongoing rebellion and N-bomb battle... of which there will obviously be tons of corroboration

Or, First one to admit I rebelled against him. Wouldn’t you? And instead of remedying the situation, he wrote a letter to John McDonough and Stan Bowman to have me sent down to the ECHL.
- Where he was rebelling against Peter's using the N-word and instead of apologizing wanted him sent down?

I really hope he's accusing him of the latter, but both are absolutely awful
