The episodes are short but they're enjoyable. Standard TV "hour long" drama's are typically 45 minutes before commercials, so you're not missing much.
Releasing it all at once is great but like GGG said it's nice to have a big show that you can discuss weekly. I was late to Game of Thrones but one of the reasons I was drawn to it was because every Monday morning that's all anyone talked about. Besides CaptainCrunch's lust for the expanded universe (
