You have the draft table lists from every GM in the NHL? Teams have their own draft order they dont just draft based off the central scouting ranking or why would they even have a scouting department? Did Kekalainen take Puljujärvi because Central Scouting told him to lol or did he pass because he had his own list. Not mentioning any of the other first round picks either take Bennett out if it bothers you so much. He has been here a lot longer and been at the head of a lot more first round picks than him. The guy has been head of scouting since 2001 he was here for Chucko, Nemisz. etc. Is that really all on the Gm's. Is it possible someone else or some other scouts could take the specifications given by the GM and do a better job with it than the guys we've had for more than 20 years with no success?
