Once you type in the code you get a questionairre where they want your name and address and your wireless carrier and then it asks some morals type question (see a woman steal a can of soup to feed her family what do you do type of things). It then just says "should you meet our needs a person will contact you shortly". Well, if you actually gave them real information of course.
