Boba is a clone of jango, obviously. Jango is a Mandalorian, as he was adopted and raised in the Mandalorian culture. Mandalorians are not one species but more of an order based on tradition. Although the culture did originate in a non human species.
Boba was not recognized as a Mandalorian. He just wore Jango's armor.
