Players want to win but for most I think if the coach thinks winning requires making the workplace toxic - that’s ending badly.
Players hope and expect to be a champion at some point. Doesn’t have to be this year or with this team. More important that coming to the rink is enjoyable.
Fans who expect players to put up with crap from coaches, are misinformed on who holds the power in the room.
