They have their picks this year too (minus a 4th I think) so there's that.

One way or another just figure out what you have this year and act accordingly in a measured and process driven way.
My biggest comfort thus far is we have draft picks this year if things go sideways.

That being said, my biggest fear is we use those picks to make a desperation trade that won't alter the course of this season and keep us plodding on the same course we've been on for what feels like 30 years.
