Just please don’t spend futures on pieces around the perimeter, and if you’re trading Gaudreau it’s probably a trade we’re going to lose as dealing elite players rarely works out for the team saying goodbye to the talent.
It would however be the most Calgary Flames thing ever to trade Gaudreau for size and “heart”.
