If Gio is out of position quite a lot, where that has never been the case for his whole career, that screams a system change that's not working.

It is up to the coach to make adjustments and not be stubborn if those adjustments arnt the right ones.

I don't know if it's an ego thing on the players for not buying in, or an ego thing on the coach for not accepting that he could be wrong and moving on.
