If the team wants to tank for a high pick, you might as well stick with peters... that's the way they are headed.
Another reason you don't fire a coach after one year is it shows a level of management ineptitude that would be off putting for any good coach... especially after one year and a good first year at that.
barring some morality crisis between the coaches and players, there's no legitimate reason for players to have quit after one year...
