Could just be what it is you're eating. I get that way if I'm eating a lot of tofu, but totally fine with other foods. It's not the same for everyone. Different gut bacteria etc. You probably need to experiment a bit and pay attention to how some different foods make you feel so that you can find what's making you so bloated and what makes you feel good.
